Purchase rules and product returns

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will email you a letter informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your funds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or no refunds

If you haven't received the money yet, please check your bank account again first.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
